💝 No Return Policy

As our gifts are personalized and handcrafted, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

📸 If Your Product Arrives Damaged

• We truly care about your happiness! If your parcel arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement of the same product.
• To claim a replacement, please share a clear opening (unboxing) video on the same day of delivery.
• The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time.
• Without a proper opening video, we won’t be able to process the replacement request.

✅ Replacement Will Be Provided If:

• Damage is reported on the same day of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is shared
• Product is unused and in original condition

❌ Replacement Not Applicable If:

• No unboxing video is provided
• Product is used or damaged later
• Personalization mistake is from customer side

 

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Each ShyaCraft gift is custom-made and handcrafted especially for you, so please make sure all personalization details are correct before confirming your order.
