What is the return policy?

At ShyaCraft, every product is handmade and carefully packed with love. Since most of our products are customized and made specially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
Replacement Policy
We only provide replacement in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
To claim a replacement, the following conditions are compulsory:

- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof.
- The video must be recorded from the beginning without any cuts or pauses.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared with us.
Without a proper opening video, we will not be able to process any replacement request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Customized or personalized products
- Minor color differences due to screen lighting
- Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services or unavoidable circumstances
